[TAMSIIS-468] - Incremented DB version number to v.2.17.01.01. - Updated SOX verification files. - Fixed bug in utility procedure sp_drop_object that would raise an error when attempting to drop a trigger that did not exist in the DB. Also added ability to drop tables.
