Statement of Objectives:
{cs:id=224830|rep=TAMSII}: [TAMSIIS-2247] Added a record to FileActivity so that calls to sp_consol_orders2 would be processed via TMS100.  This was done in an attempt to prevent these calls from failing if the MS database or UBL was down for any reason.
